What if I previously setup Direct Deposit online prior to the enabling of 2-Step Verification and I do not want to setup 2-Step Verification?
If you setup Direct Deposit online prior to August 10, 2018, you were not forced to use 2-Step Verification, although it was required. You will no longer be able to access your Direct Deposit settings online until you have a 2-Step verification method enabled. If you choose not to enable it, you can have Direct Deposit removed from your account by emailing .
Please note that we can only remove Direct Deposit settings, no other changes can be made to your account.
