A different Outlook Account is showing up when I login to Outlook Web Access. What do I do?

Unfortunately Microsoft places cookies on the machine which causes this issue. The browser will open whichever outlook has authentication cookies on the machine.
The solution either to use two browsers or open one using ‘in private’ or ‘incognito’ mode to prevent this issue.
