How to Forward Emails from One Account to Another

  1. Log into the O365 Exchange Admin center. (
  2. Click the picture in the upper-right corner
  3. Select Another User...
  4. Then Search and select the user mailbox that you want to change
  5. Click OK.
  6. On the left, ensure you are in the account section
  7. At the top, select connected accounts
  8. In the forwarding section, type the email address of the user who you are forwarding to.
  9. Click Start Forwarding
  10. Click Save
